Nordenstrom Custom Homes has established a Silver, Gold and Platinum construction standards to assist you in determining the features you may want to select for your new home.
Our Silver Series is a base home value, allowing customers who have not owned a new home or who are budget conscious, the ability to identify features designed for value.
The Gold Series has been established for a mid-priced home including many products that would typically be upgrades at other builders, but are standard here at Nordenstrom Custom Homes.
Our Platinum Series reflects an upscale home with features like Corian countertops, Euro-style cabinetry and large allowances for a wide selection of top quality products. Each customer also has the option to pick and choose any products or features they may wish to include in their new home.
Nordenstrom Custom Homes maintains accounts with wide selection of vendors in order to accommodate the choices each of our customers make.
